Service Department always treats me like I'm a valued customer--more like a friend and service performed is always excellent. They go out of their way to be fair (like telling me that the price I had been quoted was higher than it should have been). Mike Parker was great during my most recent experience. Also, Carlos who handles financing, etc., took time to research maintenance plans available to me when my extended warranty expires. I've spoken with him multiple times since I purchased my current vehicle--a Rav 4 and he's always been so kind, knowledgeable and professional--giving me however much time I needed without making me feel rushed, etc. Also, during my last visit the receptionist was exceptionally helpful--(sorry I didn't ask for her name). I plan to continue to have my vehicle serviced at Community Toyota and will work with Community Toyota when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle. ”
