Community Toyota Gives Back
It should go without saying that Community Toyota is all about, well, the community. While we enjoy helping customers from all over, our community means the world to us. Our founders, Roger and Kim Elswick, have always wanted to help the community in every way they possibly can. Through supporting and donating to local charities, schools, and organizations, our Pasadena TX area Toyota dealer helps the local community day in and day out.
Once again, Community Toyota will be sponsoring a team for the Bay Area Relay for Life in Baytown. Not only is this Relay for Life event the largest in Texas in regard to money raised, but is also the 9th largest Relay in the United States. Find our tent and enjoy some food, snacks, and the chance to win our raffle. All proceeds raised at Relay are given to the American Red Cross for cancer research.
Not only will Community Toyota take part in Relay, but we will also sponsor the West Chambers County Chamber of Commerce “Eagle Open" once again. This event is a great way for us to help people enjoy the great outdoors while watching an incredible event. The West Chambers County Chamber of Commerce advocates for business and overall growth in our community, which is a cause we can get behind.
Our Toyota Dealer Serving Houston Gives Back
We are proud to sponsor is the Royal Purple Raceway in Baytown, home of the O’Reilly Auto Parts NHRA Spring Nationals. This event will allow Toyota drivers near Memphis to see Houston-native Erica Enders-Stevens and the stars of the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series in action, making them wish they were in their Toyota with their foot on the gas pedal. So, don’t hesitate to bring the whole family to this thrilling event, and be sure to keep an eye out for Community Toyota.
While we sponsor many events and donate to many great causes, we are extremely proud to be able to say that we set a new fundraising record at the Bay Area Homeless Services “Mane Event" fundraiser by raising over $98,000. Through sponsoring this event and raising this amount of money, we help homeless shelters pay for their operational expenses each and every year. The goal of Bay Area Homeless Services is to bridge the gap between the streets and permanent housing, and raising amounts like $98,000 truly makes a difference.
